(A-B) A-P and L–R view section graphics showed that glp-1, skn-1 played important roles in Notch signaling in regulating cell population signaling and tissue boundary pattern formation. Disrupted cell population signaling network cause malformed tissue boundaries and abnormalities in cell fate specification. The end-1 mutant showed reduced intestine organ size compared to WT embryos.
